We are a newly built cottage with a 4 star rateing from Canada Select .It is A 2 bedroom cottage over looking beautifull Trinity Bay and the scenic Shag Rocks We are minutes away from Pitchers Pond golf course , restraurants beaches and hiking trails .Explore all the Bacilieu Trail and be back for supper We are just a hour away from Salmonier Nature park for shopping just 45 minutes from Carbonear or just come and relax in our cottage nestled away from everthing.
We accept Debit MasterCard Visa. Because we are a small business we require a 7 day notice if cancelled after the 7 day you will be charged half the rate.
We are sorry that we cannot accomadate pets.
There is plenty of on site parking for all guests.
Our cottage is non smoking. Desingnated areas outside for smoking. For guests who smoke inside there is a $ 150.00 extra added to the guest bill.
Check in time 3pm check out time 11 am we can be flexible on theses times. This cottage is self catering and cleaned before and after each guest. All you would ever need is here cooking utensils, laundry detergent ,games ect were offer free wi fi and cable tv. Please wash the dishes and put away please [these is a 20$ fee if not that will be added on your bill a checkout time ] please remove all garbage, food and personal effects before departure in bins that will be provided.
